IN DEVELOPMENT

ATTENTION: All characters in the pitch deck represent the director’s Dreamcast and overall casting vision.

Logline
As a revolution erupts outside her window, a reclusive aging artist who has devoted her life to preserving cultural identity and knows her time is running out must finally step beyond her isolation and confront a disconnected generation before the culture she has preserved dies with her.

Taglines
Two worlds exist side by side. Separated by a street, unseen by each other.
When the past finally steps into the present.

Visual Concept
A dual visual language:

• Color represents memory, ritual, and Lusik’s inner world: rich, tactile, almost painterly.

• Black & White captures the present: dynamic, fragmented, and driven by noise and disconnection.
As the film progresses, these two visual worlds begin to merge, blurring the boundary between past and present, memory and reality.

Magical Realism
Elements of magical realism emerge organically from Lusik’s perception: memories, dreams, and fragments of the past coexist within the present.

VISUAL CONFLICT
Color vs Black & White
Stillness vs Movement
Inner Freedom vs Outer Noise

THEMES
Past vs Present
Identity vs Modern reality
Preservation vs transformation

ASTGHIK — Lusik’s daughter, caught between past and future and the one who must carry memory forward.
THE SYSTEM – THE MINISTER OF CULTURE
A representative of the new cultural order: modern, forward-looking, and well-intentioned. He does not reject the past, but refuses to build the future upon it.
